We can provide LGV medicals or PSV medicals to individuals or employers/agencies. Other vehicle/plant medicals can also be done e.g. fork-lift trucks, powered lifts, cranes.

Price: £59 + VAT (total=£70.80). Individual drivers may find it more cost-effective to request that their VAT registered employers/agency book and invoice for the medical on their behalf.

Bring your DVLA D4 form with your name and date of birth completed on each sheet, and your address and GP details completed. The form is available from the DVLA website or post offices. You will need to bring names of any hospital specialists you have seen recently and your repeat presciption list (or list of present medication). We will not be writing to your GP/specialists but the DVLA may do. Spectacles may be needed if you need to wear them for driving. Contact lens will need to be removed for the eye test.
