If you are unable to attend your apppointment please contact us quickly by email or telephone. (see contact us) - letting us know your telephone or email contact details, appointment time/date and company.
This is so that the appointment can then be allocated to another employee who is waiting. Your company will be informed that you are not attending. If you give less than 48 hours notice we may charge your company.
We will send you out another appointment providing you give us your contact details.
If you do not wish to attend our clinic at all or you are unsure of the reason you have been referred please contact your line manager or HR officer to discuss.
